Le Tour des Aiguilles Dorées - Glacier Walking 2 days

Program:

Day 1

RDV 08h00am, parking at Le Tour.

Ski lift to Col de Balme and taking the hiking path to the Albert 1er refuge. 2702m (2h30)

Reaching the glacier shortly afterwards, we will take the direction to the Superior Col du Tour 3289m (2h30).  Cross the Saleina glacier 3267m and descend to the bivouac hut at 3000m (2h00)

Day 2

Ascension on the Plines glacier and the Col Droit 3300m (1h30).  The crossing of the Trient plateau to the Col du Midi des Grands 3235m (2h15) and the descent to the Albert 1er (1h20) and the return path to Col de Balme (1h10)

6 persons maximum

  • 1 -2 pers    380 € / day
  • 3 - 4 pers   400 € / day
  • 5 - 6 pers   420 € / day

This price includes guiding fee and supervision and the loan of technical equipment

Additional Information

The accommodation will either be in the refuge or the bivouac.  If it is the latter, there will be a reduction in the price.

This high mountain trek does not present too many difficulties, although it is necessary to be well prepared physically.
