Due to the High Mountain altitude with a 4/5 hour walk, it is necessary to be an experienced and competant walker.

The Aiguille du Midi ridge can be daunting for some people.

In certain circumstances, we may need to chose the itinerary in the opposite direction, ie, Italy-France.
