The Balconys of the Mer de Glace - 3 days Glacier Walking
Program:
Day 1: RDV at 8h30 infront of the Montenvers Train Station
Train ride to Montenvers at 1930m altitude (30mn).
A walking path will take us to the equipped section (ladders and chains) and descent onto the glacier where we will proceed on the Mer de Glace and Tacul glacier to the Géant séracs (ice formations) and take another equipped passage leading to the Requin hut (refuge at 2516m and overnight stay.
Day 2: After breakfast, we will retrace our itinerary back down towards the Tacul glacier and take the direction of the Leschaux glacier where we will climb the vertiginous ladder and cable section and follow the path to the Couvercle refuge at 2700m and consequent overnight stay.
Day 3: With an early start, we will take the 'roller coaster' balcony path overlooking the Mer de Glace with it's equipped sections and narrow passages, following across and down to our initial departure point.

- 3 - 4 pers 400 € / day
- 5 - 6 pers 420 € / day
This price includes guiding fee and supervision and the loan of technical equipment
